As the regions only Certified Senior Housing Professional, CSHP®, earned through the Seniors Real Estate Institute after successfully completing the most extensive training requirements available today in the business of senior real estate services, and a Seniors Real State Specialist, SRES® designee, I have the training and knowledge - and most importantly, a strong calling - to serve seniors.

Helping seniors and their families with the preparation and sale of their longtime home, as well as working with them throughout the entire transition process is my passion.  As a downsizing coach, I help seniors and their families with late-in-life moves. I offer a system for breaking down what feels like an overwhelming task, into easy and manageable steps so you can be ready for what life brings next.  Working together with a trusted network of compassionate and caring service providers, I will manage and coordinate all aspects of the move and sale of your home, including downsizing, auctions, donating, purging and even house repairs if needed, as well as assisting you with the set up in your new home.  I'll help you squeeze out as much equity as possible from the sale of your home.
